This day I visited Maia a friend... The proximity to the airport Sá Carneiro and Porto makes Maia a city of passersby (in the eyes of some) – passengers looking to rest during a one-day layover, visitors looking for hotels when Porto’s are fully booked, businessmen and businesswomen, sportsmen and sportswomen in town for a conference, an event, or a championship. Palácio da Justiça (Palace of Justice) is a justice authority, courthouse located at Campo Mártires da Pátria in Porto. A monumental building, near to Torre dos Clérigos and Jardim da Cordoaria. It was created by Raúl Rodrigues Lima and inaugurated in 1961.
This builging holds Porto's Appeal Court and it is a kind of modernism

A neat distraction for visitors are antique factory pieces from the beginning of the times of industrialisation. Dating back to the end of the 19th century when mass production was making baby steps. Some machines on display still work!
A wide variety of shops and entertainment is geared to make all family members happy
There is a large playground in the children’s corridor on the ground floor with Pik Nik service for family meals whilst the children enjoy themselves. Children’s meal chairs are available as well as low tables where they can eat or play games. For families with children up to age 3.
There are several rest areas with benches and couches where visitors can sit and rest or wait for someone who is shopping
